1. General Return Conditions

Q: Can I return my order? A: Yes. We offer a satisfaction guarantee that allows you to return items within 30 days of receipt. For a return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met:

  • Product Condition: All items must be complete and intact, including all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as delivered.

  • Usage: Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse, alterations, or careless handling.

  • Hygiene: For health and safety, hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

  • Defective Goods: Items found to be defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for a full resolution.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (approximately $30, depending on the carrier and location). However, if the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover these costs.

  • Processing: Returns are typically processed and formally acknowledged within 7 working days of receipt at our facility.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these specific conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email our support team with the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (required if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Your full name and delivery address

Important: Please always wait for our team to provide the correct return address instructions. Do not send items back to the sender's address listed on the original package, as these cannot be processed by our warehouse.

 


 

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

As a consumer, you have a legal 14-day "cooling-off" period starting from the day you (or a designated third party) receive the final item of your order.

  • Immediate Processing: Because our system dispatches orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, we cannot stop or cancel a shipment once the order is placed.

  • Post-Delivery Resolution: No refunds can be issued until the delivery has been completed and the items are returned to us.

  • Notification: To exercise this right, you must provide a clear written statement via email expressing your decision to withdraw.

  • Completion: Your cancellation is considered effective once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

3. Shipments in Transit

We source our products globally to provide the best value, which may result in longer transit times.

  • In-Transit Policy: If your order is currently in transit, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please wait for the package to arrive and then follow the standard returns procedure.

  • Logistics: Providing your tracking information to our support team helps expedite the processing of your return once it reaches our warehouse.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal & Refunds

Upon a valid cancellation and receipt of your returned items, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Scope: We refund the payments received for the products. Please note that original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned goods.

5. Refunds via Gift Card or Discount Code

You may choose to receive your refund in the form of a store gift card or discount code for immediate use.

  • Final Resolution: Selecting this option constitutes a final and complete resolution of your return request.

  • Non-Exchangeable: Once issued, gift cards or codes cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged for cash.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased using store credit or gift cards from a previous return are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

6. Duplicate Orders

In the rare event that a duplicate order is placed during checkout:

  • Policy Application: Duplicate orders are not eligible for automatic cancellation. All standard return conditions, including shipping and customs fees, will apply to each duplicate item returned to our warehouse.
